The correct floor finish is vital to the performance of your garage. Our Epoxy finished flooring provides a beautiful floor that is easy to maintain. Petroleum products (engine oil, gasoline, grease, transmission oil) antifreeze, mud, grime, tire marks and water all simply wipe away. All of our epoxy floors are coated with a polyurethane topcoat to provide years of shine and durability. These coatings can be installed on most concrete surfaces at an affordable price.

For Solid Color Epoxy floors, a wide variety of colors are available for virtually unlimited options in floor design.

Correct preparation combined with the proper products is key to creating a flooring system that will last. To correctly prepare the concrete, we perform the following, as necessary, during the first day:

• Remove any existing coatings (i.e. paint).


• Degrease areas where concrete has been saturated.


• Repair cracked, broken, loose, or otherwise damaged concrete.


• Physically profile concrete with shot blaster and grinder (like sanding the concrete).


• Ensure surface is flat and free of dust.


• Application of colored epoxy primer

The next day, we perform:

• Inspect the primed floor for imperfections / preparedness.
• Solids coating with specified color is applied.
• Polyurethane and non-skid additive applied.

The completed floor can withstand foot traffic in 24 hours, and resume regular garage duties after 4 days. The epoxy will cure in 7 - 10 days.
